Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used inflatables

  • Inflatable products that have been inflated

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene and safety standards, once an inflatable has been inflated or used, it cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • Keep all packaging materials

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside the required timeframe.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blowmeinflatables@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
